• Tenant screening, which includes interviewing prospective tenants after they have completed a comprehensive Application to Rent Form or Financial Statement. In this process we will verify employment, prior tenancy, and run a complete credit check to obtain the best tenant.
  
• Provide suggestions to improve property appeal and attraction.
  
• Posting of signs to advertise and acknowledge availability of property.
  
• Prepare and provide rental agreements, whether they are a Month-to-Month Agreement or a Fixed-term Lease, and complete a Move-In checklist with tenants.
  
• Collect the required rent and security deposit prior to the giving of possession.
